This Classic Concoction is Just What the Doctor Ordered

  • 2 oz. Old Wm. Tarr Manchester Reserve (or your favorite Kentucky whiskey)
  • .5 oz. dry vermouth
  • .5 oz. sweet red vermouth
  • 2-3 dashes bitters

Stir in a mixing glass with ice, and strain into a cocktail glass.
Garnish with a citrus peel or cherry.

Fun Fact: Doctor Iain Marshall allegedly invented the drink at the Manhattan Club in NYC somewhere around 1870, which – coincidentally – was around the same time William Tarr bought the Ashland Distillery.
