A Modern Twist on a Classic Fall Favorite


  • 1.5 oz. Old Wm. Tarr Manchester Reserve (or your favorite Kentucky whiskey)
  • 1 oz. apple simple syrup*
  • .5 oz. lemon juice
  • .25 oz. peach white balsamic vinegar

Garnish with a cinnamon stick or citrus peel.

*Apple simple syrup: Apple cider, white sugar, cinnamon sticks, clove, lemon zest, and sliced apples; use 1:1 cider to sugar ratio. Simmer to 10 minutes or until apples begin to brown. Strain and chill.
